The application data and documents you provide via this online portal are processed by the HR departments of TGW Logistics GmbH, TGW Systems Integration GmbH, TGW Systems Integration AG, TGW Robotics GmbH, and TGW Software Services GmbH (acting as joint controllers in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR) solely for the purpose of processing your application. If an employment relationship is established, your data will also be used for the execution of the employment relationship.

This data processing is based on our legitimate interest in an efficient application process (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) and on the necessity of taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

2. Your Application Data is Secure
The security of your data is especially important to us. The data you transmit to us via this online portal is stored and processed by noris network AG, Thomas-Mann-Str. 16–20, 90471 Nuremberg, Germany.

3. Accuracy of Your Information
We can only support you in your job search at TGW Logistics GmbH, TGW Systems Integration GmbH, TGW Systems Integration AG, TGW Robotics GmbH, and TGW Software Services GmbH with accurate information. By submitting your application electronically, you confirm that the data and documents provided are complete and that all information contained therein is accurate and truthful.

4. Retention Period
Your application data will be stored for the duration of the application process and until the expiration of any applicable legal appeal periods, but no longer than 7 months after the conclusion of the application process.

5. Information
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access to the stored data
  • Rectification of incorrect or incomplete data
  • Deletion of data, provided there are no legal retention obligations
  • Restriction of processing under certain conditions
  • Data portability upon request
